A combination of my own flow style and a method I learned from Dylan Werner. These classes will help you build strength, increase mobility and flexibility while leave you feeling physically and mentally balanced and centred.

Myofascial Integrated Alignment is a holistic approach to sequencing yoga poses and movement to create a natural balance and restore a healthy alignment to the body by balancing myofascial meridians (tension lines of muscles and fascia). The view of alignment in MIA is a holistic state of balance and harmony in the body and the posture is a tool to help us get there. MIA focuses on stimulating and building strength, mobility and fascial properties to encourage growth, healing, well-being and restore a students' natural alignment in the body.
