ABOUT

Alyssa Elliott is an E-RYT 500, fitness and barre instructor in beautiful Vancouver, BC. Her passion for fitness and an active lifestyle eventually led her to find yoga and she completed her 200hr YTT in October 2018 and has been teaching full-time locally in Vancouver ever since, and has over 2000 hours of teaching experience. She is also passionate about continuously learning, and growing as a teacher and completed Dylan Werner’s Advanced 300hr YTT in Germany in 2022. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive, fun, dynamic, holistic, creative, and challenging yet accessible for all levels. Alyssa’s intention is to guide her students to connect more fully with themselves through mindful movement, in the direction of personal growth while being content and accepting of where they are. Her practice and teaching style is both strong and graceful, challenging and grounding.

Move with me online for recorded vinyasa flow classes sequenced off of different myofascal meridian(s).  Myofascia Integrated Flow to create balance and restore natural alignment to the body, and to enhance your current level of flexibility and mobility. You will feel physically and mentally balanced, centred, and energized while working to improve balance, become stronger and more flexible.
